We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. In the event of buyers remorse, we will accept returns on products that are in their original double packages and have not been pre-assembled. Upon receipt of product being returned to our warehouse, credit will be issued for the price of the product, less the original shipping costs. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. All items must be returned within 7 days of receipt of products. We will not accept returns for products that have been assembled.
Camaflexi accepts returns for items that have not been assembled and are in their original double boxed packaging. Credit will be issued for the cost of goods less a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee is to pay for the cost of handling your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Damaged Parts
In the unlikely event that you receive your product with a part that is damaged, please send a photo of the damaged part with the part number or letter that is indicated in the installation instructions and we will send out replacement parts. We reserve the right to rectify any defective or damaged parts and will not accept returns. We go through great lengths to insure that our products are double cartoned and/or that extra packaging materials are included to assure their arrival to your home in good condition. The shipping is very costly due to the heavy and large nature of the cartons. If you receive your packages and notice an apparent damage to the carton, please do not refuse receipt of the shipment. We will fix any part problem and strive to make any and all issues right to your maximum satisfaction.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Odor Policy:
Should the Product’s coating emit a smell, this is due to the product’s protective coating or the natural wood aroma and will dissipate over time. All coating materials are fully compliant and contain low VOC levels. Returns or refunds will not be accepted solely due to the presence of such odors. If a customer finds the smell objectionable, it will be treated as a standard case of buyer’s remorse and must meet all conditions outlined in our Buyer’s Remorse Return Policy.
Refusing a Shipment
We understand that you may have changed your mind about your purchase. You can refuse the delivery. However, you will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as a 15% restocking fee.
